PARENTS & cARERS

Counselling - Carers & Parents of an autistic child can self refer for funded counselling sessions.

One to One Support - Chat to one of the team for individual support, information & friendship. Face to face, telephone call or email.

Coffee & Connect - A drop-in café Monday morning & a Group meet up Wednesday evening, once a month. Meet the team for support, information and resources.

Walk & Talk - Meet a member of the team for support & friendship.

Workshops - Various training and workshops throughout the year.

Family Fun Events - Various events throughout the year that the whole family can attend.

In Touch with Autism Facebook Group - a one stop private group for information sharing on all things Autism - organisations, events, information, resources, training, advice and support.
Autistic CHILDREN

Counselling - Children diagnosed or awaiting a diagnosis can refer for funded counselling.

Off-Line Club - A social group for ages 10-15yrs
Autistic adults

Brew & Crew - Social group for Autistic men 18+

Walk & Talk - A social meet up with one of the team.

Recharge Room - A space in SERC Bangor where students can relax and recharge, open with
uHub staff Mondays & Thursdays from 11.30am - 1.30pm.
