We provide various modes of therapy for a range of issues that someone may experience throughout their lifetime. From children, to adults, from talking therapy, to creative therapy.

You can work with one of our therapists, in a way that suits you, to work towards personal wellbeing goals.

We believe everyone has the right to therapy, so should you not fit any of the below payment options below please do let us know and we will always try to find a way to help you with these costs.

We do not take referrals over the phone, please read the below options and then complete the referral form below. A member of our clinical team will be in touch to discuss your referral, payment options and to match you with a therapist.

per session with a senior/specialist counsellor.

No waiting times and sessions will be arranged on a day and time that suits your schedule.

per session with a qualified counsellor.

Set days and times dependant on counsellor availability, with some evening sessions available.
