Self-Referral
mean?
What does
Self-referral means you apply for a care service yourself, rather than being referred by a medical professional.
We provide private addiction therapy, trauma therapy, sand therapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), reiki, art therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), relationship therapy and talking therapy.
For children specifically, we have play, art, sand and lego therapies.

We are a social enterprise with charitable status so every session paid, pays it forward to cover the cost of further sessions.
