For those who have never experienced therapy (talking or creative), I thought I'd share a taste of today's session with a pretty awesome boy (with his permission of course).
As he explained today...sometimes talking just isn't his thing. That can be a pretty tough world to live in when others just don't get what you're thinking or feeling even more difficult when you don't understand what they're thinking or feeling either, but isn't it great when you can find a way...

@ UHub that's what we do...find ways to help you, help yourself, making happier little people and big people too.
Now back to that pretty awesome boy he found a very special way with words today...

I liked reading this interview because it gives a genuine look into the artist's journey and the effort behind building a music career. During one semester, I spent more time exploring inspiring interviews after I had previously used PhD exam help online while keeping up with several deadlines at once. Stories about persistence like this remind me that success usually comes from patience and consistent effort. Nice post, it make me smile.
The article makes an important point that counselling is much more than simply talking, as it can help people understand emotions, build resilience, and work through challenges in a supportive environment. I appreciated how it highlighted the value of meaningful connection and personal growth. As a student, I remember dealing with academic pressure and personal responsibilities at the same time, and I used pay someone to take my online exam during that stressful period to manage my workload. It reminded me how important support can be when facing difficult situations.
